DNA continually updates our manufacturing environment with staff training, technology, and equipment upgrades. Our entire facility employs the highest manufacturing, inspection, test, and quality control systems.

DNA is also proud to be an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) registered manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and now processed wire recognized to both US and Canadian safety standards.
Panel Builds
DNA has a dedicated panel build team including
Quality Control, mechanical kitting preparation and
several full time termination technicians.
We also have fully cross-trained technicians available
to ramp up production as well as the ability to add a additional shifts.
DEMAND-BASED PRODUCTION
DNA offers Turn-Key solutions with Material Appropriation and a Controlled Supply Chain that is Built to Order o KANBAN (VMI program). Our flexible staff and technicians are cross-trained and certified on IPC A610 & A620.
Our standardized workstations allow quick ramp up of our production capacity. We are 5S implemented and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
INVENTORY CONTROL
DNA has an inventory control system that is accuracy controlled through cycle counting. We have dedicated locations and for each item including customer supplied parts which allow for quick kitting of orders. All manufacturing orders (MO) list what inventory is to be picked, availability and the location of each part.
Sustainability
DNA is proactive in supporting recycling measures and conserving
landfill space. Every year we divert over 18,000 lbs or 8
metric tonnes of material from the landfill by reusing or recycling
materials from our manufacturing processes.
DNA has incorporated environmental sustainability
into all aspects of the company’s operations including
lighting. We are currently in the process of retrofitting
our facility with LED lighting.

We have added Lamacoid printing capabilities for our customers, vendors, and other manufacturers that may require laser and rotary engraved tags, safety signs, and labels for their own manufactured products or needs.

Our Engineering services have become an essential component of DNA's ability to assist companies at early stages of concept, product design, and prototyping. Our engineering department can be an integral part of moving your product from concept, design, and prototype to full-scale production. Along with our Engineers, our support staff can source and procure the components for the final build and production.
Cable & Harness Assembly
We have an extensive database of cable configurations that provide numerous specific pin-outs, for all the key communication standards and all major manufacturers. If you are in the process of designing a new product and need assistance with the cables, our engineers can help with the cable design.
If a CAD specification drawing is already available, we will manufacture to your exact requirements. If a sample product can be provided, we can reverse-engineer the cable or harness and manufacture it as per your sample.
DNA is dedicated to providing a full range of manufacturing services for Electrical, Instrumentation Controls, Industrial Automation, Process Control, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Systems, Data and Networking panels and Racks. DNA can integrate with any third-party hardware and works with industry leaders including Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, GE, Delta V and other process automation supply companies.

A majority of DNA's manufactured products require us to apply custom engraved labeling and printed tags for cabinets, box builds, and devices we make as a value-added product offering.
We have added Lamacoid printing capabilities for our customers, vendors, and other manufacturers that may require laser and rotary engraved tags, safety signs, and labels for their own manufactured products or needs.
Lamacoid products are used in several applications such as device identification, electrical control panels, wire and cabling closets or valve tags, and operator devices such as button labels.
Lamacoid can be custom designed and printed for various applications.
